Proof, Before Promises

What Changed When the Real Constraint Became Clear.

The 45 Minutes

A Working Session, Not a Discovery Call.

Marina reads your Growth Gap Report before you speak. That is what makes forty-five minutes enough — she arrives already knowing where you are, so the time goes on what to do about it.

Before

You Complete the Growth Gap Report

A short diagnostic, sent the moment you book. It is not an optional form — it is the first half of the process, and the session is built on what it returns.

0–3 min

Where You Actually Are

What you are dealing with right now, and how the next forty-five minutes will run. Marina is straight about the commercial side up front, so it isn’t sprung on you at the end.

3–13 min

What You’ve Already Tried

You do most of the talking. How you are finding it, what you have already tried, and what happens if nothing changes. This is the part the report cannot do for her.

13–28 min

Where She’s Seen This Before

Marina matches your situation to ones she has worked through before — what they looked like from the inside, what was actually wrong, and what changed. Two or three of them, chosen because they resemble yours.

28–36 min

What to Do, and In What Order

The one thing to fix first, what to stop doing while you fix it, and the order the rest comes in.

36–45 min

Whether She’s the One to Help

Whether Marina can help you implement it and, if so, what that would look like. If she can’t, she’ll say so — and you keep everything above.

What You Leave With

The One Thing to Fix First. And What to Take Off Your Plate.

Most leaders arrive with a busy wall of priorities. They leave with one thing to do first — and permission to park the rest.

01First

Where to Start

Not a list of everything that is wrong. The single constraint holding the rest back, named in language you can repeat to your board on Monday.

02Stop

What to Stop Doing While You Fix It

Most overloaded businesses are carrying work that stopped earning its place a while ago. Marina will tell you what to put down.

03Order

And What Comes After It

The rest of the sequence, and why that order. Because the right priorities in the wrong order can still leave growth stuck.

All three arrive in writing afterwards, whether or not we ever speak again.

Before You Book

This Session Isn't for Everyone.

This is built for established businesses with a real team, a proven model, and a growth or operating challenge that another isolated initiative has not solved.

Not for You If

  • Pre-revenue, or under £250k a year
  • Fewer than five people, or a team of one
  • You’re not the person who decides — or the decision needs three other people in the room
  • You’d rather not complete the Growth Gap Report beforehand — the session is built on it
  • You want a quick growth hack rather than a diagnosis

For You If

  • £250k+ annual revenue, trading five years or more
  • Five or more people on the payroll — not you and a few contractors
  • Growth has flattened, gone unpredictable, or is masking something you can feel but can't name
  • You've already tried the obvious fixes — courses, consultants, a new hire — and none of it moved the number
  • You're the one who decides — and you're ready to act on the answer, not file it

Who You'll Actually Be Speaking To

Marina Nicholas

For more than thirty-five years Marina Nicholas has worked alongside founders, MDs, CEOs and leadership teams on complex growth, transformation and execution challenges — in businesses from £1.8M engineering firms to a £295M food group, and once raising $3M in seven days to keep a Formula One team on the grid.

Out of that came The 8 SuperPowers Method™, which examines a business through eight interconnected lenses — helping leaders move past the visible symptom to see where growth is really being constrained, and turn that insight into action in the right order.

You will speak to Marina, not an associate.

The Obvious Questions

Asked and Answered.

Is It Actually Free?
Yes. No charge, no card, no obligation, and nothing to cancel. Marina runs a small number of these each week because each one is prepared for individually — she reads your Growth Gap Report before you speak.
Is This a Sales Call in Disguise?
No. The first forty minutes are spent on your business, and you'd get the same forty minutes whether or not you could ever afford to work with her. In the last five minutes she'll tell you straight whether she thinks she can help. If the answer is no, she'll say so — and you keep the summary either way.
Who Will I Be Speaking To?
Marina Nicholas. Not an associate, not a junior consultant, not a “growth strategist” running a script. That's the whole reason the number of sessions is limited.
Do I Need to Prepare Anything?
Yes — one thing. You’ll receive the Growth Gap Report the moment you book, and you need to complete it before the session. It takes about four minutes. Marina reads the results beforehand, which is what lets the session start with your business instead of your background. Don’t build a deck; the report is the preparation.
What If You Can't Help?
She'll tell you inside the 45 minutes rather than at the end of a proposal process, and you'll still get the written summary of your three constraints and the order to address them. That's the deal, stated plainly.
What Happens to What I Tell You?
It stays between you and Marina. Nothing is shared, sold or added to a list you didn't ask to be on. If you'd rather sign an NDA first, say so when you book.

You Don’t Have to Work This One Out on Your Own.

Growth problems rarely sit neatly in one part of a business. The visible symptom may be sales, people, operations or margin — while the real constraint sits somewhere else entirely. Talk to someone who has spent 35+ years helping more than 100 businesses navigate growth, change and transformation.
